By accessing or using Fieldtics ("the Platform"), operated by Fieldtics ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Fieldtics is a service business management platform that provides tools for job scheduling, customer management, invoicing, quoting, team coordination, and related business operations. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person or business may not maintain more than one free account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our written consent
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform ("Your Data"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

6. Pricing and Payments

Free tier features are available at no cost and may be modified at our discretion
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to affected users
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Fieldtics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, email providers, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldtics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldtics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
