How to build your weekly crew schedule

  • 1. Add your crew. List each employee or crew — Maria’s crew, Truck 2, whatever you call them. Each gets its own color.
  • 2. Add jobs. For every job or appointment, pick the day, the start time, and who it is assigned to. Add the client or address so the crew knows exactly where to go.
  • 3. Print or share. Hit Print / Save as PDF. The editing controls disappear and you get a clean, color-coded grid to text, email, or pin up in the shop.
