If any of these keep you up at night, you're not alone — and there's a fix.
Techs close up the install before anyone shoots it, so there's no proof when a customer disputes the work
Job photos are scattered across five techs' phones and nobody can find them at invoice time
Per-seat photo apps mean only the owner logs in, so half the crew's photos never get taken
Text the crew a link, they shoot from the job site, and every photo comes back GPS and time stamped in one place.
HVAC photo proof
Before-and-after photos of the coil, wiring, and completed install give you dated, geotagged proof for warranty claims and customer disputes. Pair them with a free work order document to record the address, issue, parts, and completion notes.
